*Overview*
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a resort in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in night audit procedures and possess excellent guest service skills. This position is for the 11 pm to 7 am shift on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct night audit processes to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours
- Manage front desk operations efficiently during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Complete end-of-day activities and generate reports for management
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information
*Experience*
- Previous experience in night audit or front desk roles preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry practices
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 32 per week
