We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to oversee overall group and meetings sales of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest services.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of the hotel sales.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies for group and banquet revenue
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and revenue management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices within the hospitality industry
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
