Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and physical stamina to be able to stand for hours at a time, bend, stoop and lift items under 20 pounds. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming home for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and making beds.
- Provide services in accordance with established cleaning protocols.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Interact with your team leads and fellow team members in a positive and kind manor.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Time management as this is a fast paced environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
