Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and well-kept. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables while maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the home.
- Manage floor care by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining carpets to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms with a focus on sanitation practices.
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and materials.
- Document any maintenance issues or special requests from clients for follow-up.
- Perform quality checks before leaving each job site to ensure all tasks meet company standards and client expectations.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning methods.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without direct supervision.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results in every task performed.
