Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Sanitize surfaces and ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
