- Kind, gentle, and dependable
- Experienced with young children and infants
- Naturally organized and proactive—sees what needs to be done and does it
- Okay with pets (we have a Cat!)
- Has a valid driver’s license, and clean record
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get it)
- Willing to be live-in or commit to a full-time schedule
Bonus If You Have:
- Early childhood experience or education
- Background as a nanny, doula, or household manager
- Confidence helping with newborns and transitioning toddlers

- A private room and meals (if live-in)

- A stable, respectful and kind home to work in
- The chance to grow with a family who truly values you
