Company Overview
Perez Therapy, LLC is hiring a Housekeeper/Assistant to support our CEO and offices with a mix of housekeeping, errands, and light office tasks. This is a part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule and the opportunity to grow into a benefits-eligible, expanded role.
What You’ll Do
- Clean the CEO’s home weekly (bathroom, kitchen, floors, common areas)
- Wash, fold, and organize laundry once per week
- Clean the litter box weekly
- Take out trash and recycling (home and office)
- Clean therapy office spaces 2x/month (bathroom, common areas, trash)
- Run errands: grocery, pharmacy, dry cleaning, supplies
- Assist with light administrative and front desk support as needed
- Travel between home and two office locations (mileage reimbursed)
Schedule & Pay
- $24/hour
- 20 hours/week, with a consistent schedule (Thursdays + alternating Mondays/Tuesdays)
- Growth potential to 25–30+ hours/week in the next 6 months
- Health benefits available when reaching 25 hours/week
- Part-timers (20 to 35 hrs/wk): PTO accrued (1 hour per 40 hours worked)
- Full-timers (40 hrs/wk): 25 PTO days/year (includes all holiday, sick, vacation)

- Have experience in housekeeping, facilities, or operations support
- Are organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Have reliable transportation (errands required)
- Are comfortable in both home and office environments
- Have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and BIPOC communities

Requirements
- Must pass PA criminal background, child abuse, and FBI fingerprinting clearances
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and complete physical cleaning tasks
- High school diploma or GED
