Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct industrial cleaning as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure proper floor care techniques are applied for various surfaces.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and floor care practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
