Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-presented.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
- Must be able to self transport from each location to the next as there may be 2+ cleans in a day.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A background in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous for those looking to advance their careers.
