Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness for our motel guests. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for each guest. A background in hospitality is preferred, but we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas
- Maintain floor care by using appropriate techniques to clean tile.
- Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues and inventory needs to supervisors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work daytime hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
