The Summit is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented cleaning services across our facilities in support of Scouting America programs. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our guests, staff, and program participants, while ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service. You will be responsible for maintaining assigned facilities, ensuring offices, conference rooms, hotel rooms, and other designated areas are kept clean, orderly, and presentable. The Housekeeper will prepare and adhere to the schedules for both the off-season and summer season, train and assist seasonal staff, and monitor and maintain supply inventory. This role will also report damage, theft, or needed repairs to management promptly. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean, comfortable spaces, we’d love to have you on our team! This position reports to the Supervisor, Hotel Operations.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory of supplies to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Provides housekeeping services of facilities and assigned areas.
- Notifies the appropriate party of issues and problems.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of: Housekeeping equipment and standards.
- Skill in: Managing work; planning and organizing; and quality orientation.
- Ability to: Continuously improve.
Education
No minimum requirement.
Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in housekeeping services.
- Must pass a criminal history background check.
