In this roll, the housekeeper position fully supports the Maintenance team and is responsible for the daily cleaning of the leasing office and fitness center, as well as a weekly schedule to clean all breezeways, entry hallways, laundry rooms, and light globes. This housekeeper is also responsible for touch-up cleaning on apartment turn overs. The housekeeper may also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reports directly to the Service Manager.
- The Housekeeper is responsible for but not limited to ensuring the cleanliness of building entrances. Helping to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property amenities.
Supervisory Responsibilities – None
Knowledge and Skills:
- Maintenance experience is not needed but is helpful. Willingness to work.
Interaction With Other Employees and The Public:
Must be able to interact courteously and professionally with the public and other employees.Physical Demands:
- This is an onsite position.
- Lifting roughly 20-25lbs Walking, climbing and bending.
