What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring your schedule via our app for updates.
- Driving to clients homes with your prepared kit ready to take on the day.
- Transforming homes with both light and deep cleaning (think: surfaces wiped, floors sparkling, linens fresh, baseboards dust-free, tubs gleaming).
- Managing your cleaning zone like a boss – with top-notch quality every time.
- Confidently working in clients’ homes (and leaving them looking better than you found them).
- Prioritizing tasks based on the client’s needs and wishes.
- Building trust and rapport with clients so they look forward to seeing you.
- Following safety procedures like the pro you are.
- Transporting, restocking, and caring for your cleaning kit & vacuum.
- Keeping track of your time in our app (bonus points if you love ticking boxes).
- Using our apps to review daily tasks, communicate with the team, and follow up with customers.
- Taking initiative to go above and beyond – because you like being that kind of person.
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable insured vehicle.
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs, stand/kneel, and climb stairs without a sweat.
- Great organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and team spirit (with the ability to fly solo too).
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail that would impress a hawk.
- Comfort with scheduling apps (or willingness to learn – we’ll train you).
- Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
