The Housekeeping Staff at Morristown Manor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Housekeeping Staff will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold the reputation of Morristown Manor as a premier living facility. Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist in the organization and management of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in cleaning management or related training.
• Experience working in a healthcare or residential facility.
