Summary
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Castle. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and hygienic environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the hotel.
- Assist with laundry duties as required to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
