ABOUT US:
We are a brand-new 42-story building opening in November 2025 and we are looking for 4 individuals to join our housekeeping team.
We are seeking quality worker with a positive attitude, who are self-starters, and passionate about what they do and strive for perfection.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain Condominium premises in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition. Maintains housekeeping carts, cleaning supplies, and cleaning tools, etc...
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares and equips work cart. Replenishes cleaning solutions, stocks cart with proper cleaning equipment, cleaning aids, and tools.
2. Cleans and inspects assigned area of responsibility:
a. Performs general cleaning restrooms, bbq cabanas, pavilions, kiddie park, dining room, living rooms, amenity lanais, work spaces, meeting room, fitness center, parking garage, etc…
b. Vacuum and mop floors.
c. Empty rubbish receptacles.
d. Moves and arranges furniture and polishes metal work.
3. Reports major discrepancies to Management.
4. Reports all unusual situations to Management.
5. Alert Residential Specialist of suspicious people on property.
6. Ability to work with minimal or no supervision. Reports and receives work orders from Supervisor.
