The Housekeeping Director provides support supervision of the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure patient's clothing and environment needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Your daily responsibilities will play a vital role in the care of our residents. This position is an important as it ensures the highest quality of care and best living experience possible for our community.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- 1 year prior healthcare or food service experience preferred
Basic Job Requirements:
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Dependable transportation and attendance necessary
- Must be enthusiastic about providing service to our residents
