Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management within the hospitality or industrial cleaning sectors. This role is crucial for maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction in our facility. The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist in leading a team of housekeepers, oversee daily operations, and implement effective cleaning protocols.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
