Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing boards, inspecting rooms and public spaces, and directing/coaching associates to ensure a comfortable well-appointed environment for our guests. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time
- Required repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting
- Basic Computer skills to write assignment boards, and respond to guest requests/work orders
- General Cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting furniture, shelves, and other surfaces.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Emptying and cleaning trash cans.
- Room Maintenance:
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Replacing toiletries and other supplies.
- Organizing and tidying room.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Efficiency and speed.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Knowledge of cleaning tools and supplies.
- Customer service skills (if applicable).
