We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure we provide excellent customer service. Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include cleaning rooms and public areas, organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. This position is very hands on, so physical stamina is necessary.
- Must be bilingual English/ Spanish
- Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience required
- Attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Be able to walk, bend, lift for an 8 hour shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Computer skills are a plus.
