Job Summary:
Join our team as a Lobby Attendant, where your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our lobby area, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in the lobby area, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, reception desks, and seating areas
- Ensure that the lobby furniture is arranged neatly and presentable at all times
- Monitor and replenish supplies like brochures, magazines, and hand sanitizers
- Assist in setting up for special events or functions held in the lobby area
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the lobby to the appropriate personnel promptly
- Uphold safety standards while using cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or custodial role is advantageous
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects if necessary, and perform repetitive tasks
