POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness, organization, and welcoming environment. Ensure the confidentiality of all guests. Supports the needs and comfort of all Hotel guests and staff as established by hotel and Company procedures and standards. This is a non-exempt (hourly paid) position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team
Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel
Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all
Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures
Stock carts with room supplies
Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies.
Conduct 'deep Cleaning' activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
Completes any projects assigned by the supervisor,
Shampooing carpeting or spot cleaning throughout the hotel
Always look for that Moment of Wow that you can create to enhance our guest's Experience.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
Report any missing/found articles, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Front Office
Stays abreast of industry trends and regulatory issues; as well as professional standards and makes recommendations on improvement processes.
May be requested participate in workshops and seminars to stay current with industry specific training or
Communicates information to management

2-4 years' experience in the hospitality industry highly
