We’re looking for a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with daily administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth functioning of our HR processes. This position requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various office tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using various computer applications.
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and memos, in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance as needed to other departments or projects within the organization.
Skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of maintaining order in a busy environment.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.
