Overview
Join EcoFoam Insulation and Coatings, a leader in residential and commercial spray foam and coating systems, as our Human Resources Coordinator. This role blends payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR support in a growing, team-focused environment. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will manage a variety of HR functions including payroll processing, employee onboarding, recruiting support, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. You’ll be a key resource for employees and management, helping ensure HR operations run efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration – Process weekly payroll for employees and subcontractors, including hours, commissions, bonuses, and allowances. Verify and reconcile timesheets, maintain payroll records, prepare certified payroll reports, and assist with payroll compliance.
- Recruiting & Hiring – Post job openings on job boards and social media, review and screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring with managers. Assist with proactive recruiting efforts such as job fairs and community networking.
- Employee Onboarding – Prepare new hire paperwork, verify required identification, set up payroll system accounts, and provide orientation on company policies and procedures. Distribute uniforms, safety equipment, and other resources to ensure a smooth start.
- Benefits Administration – Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes, answer benefits-related questions, and track FMLA and other leave requests for compliance.
- HR Records & Compliance – Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files (digital and paper), update company contact lists, distribute HR communications, assist with HR reporting, and handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1+ year experience in HR, payroll, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, or related role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
- Understanding of payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
