We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

Assist in administering employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, leaves, etc.)

Process payroll and resolve related issues

Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives

Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Assist in performance review tracking and documentation

Participate in HR projects to enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency

Generate and maintain HR-related reports and records
