Position Summary
As part of the Open Road Collision group, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator.
This role is responsible providing HR day to day support while helping to champion initiatives that foster engagement, recognition, and growth. This is a role for someone who loves details, thrives on building relationships, and understands that great culture is the result of consistent, thoughtful actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and offboarding.
- Serve as a friendly and responsive point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.
- Coordinate training sessions, engagement programs, and culture-building activities.
- Assist with compliance and policy administration to ensure a fair and consistent workplace.
- Track and prepare reports.
- Partner with leadership to reinforce our values and promote a positive employee experience.

Requirements
- Compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy.
- 1 - 3 years of prior HR, office coordination, or administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
