Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Utilize HRIS and ATS systems for effective data management and reporting.
- Conduct organization design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR policies that support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Paychex systems, HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools.
- In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies within HR functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
