We are seeking a Hybrid Program Supervisor to join our team at to supervise our teams in York, Franklin, Adams and Fulton. This position will be REMOTE with 2 -3 days required in the York office per week. Occasional onsite assistance needed in one of the locations as needed (1-2 max) per month, with a flexible schedule.
Earn: $23.56 per hour
Position Details
Staff Supervision
- Disseminates clear expectations to staff, ensuring they have the tools they need, monitors performance.
- Trains and supports staff
- Documents attendance, verifies weekly timesheets, monitors available leave and schedule adherence, approves and denies leave requests, and tracks FMLA usage
- All other duties as assigned as it relates to the position
Program Operations
Manages daily operation of program(s)
Maintains group schedules
Assists in monitoring authorizations and treatment plans
Implements policies/procedures as directed
May participate in the marketing, development and expansion of programs (e.g. developing programs and proposals to expand services)
May act in the absence of Program Manager.

QualificationsOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years' experience in a supervisor/managerial role
- Previous Case Manager experience working with Child welfare and Behavior health
