Come join the winning team in Tampa! We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Repair Shop Specialist. We are a Full service Hydraulic and Mechanical Repair company. We specialize in Hydraulic repair and manufacturing. The perfect candidate must be highly experienced with All aspects of Hydraulic Repair, Troubleshooting, Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Field Service. We service some of the largest Ships, Amusement Parks, Mining operations and manufacturing companies in the world.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Expertly Assemble Hydraulic Cylinders and Pumps
- Expertly Test and Operate Cylinder and Pump Test Benches
- Disassemble, Clean and Evaluate Hydraulic Cylinders to be Remanufactured
- Expertly measure and determine individual seals required for each Hydraulic Component
- Complete and Submit evaluations for each component
- Hydraulic Pump and Motor Remanufacturing experience is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Hydraulics for Marine and Industrial applications
- Highly experienced with all aspects of hydraulics component repairs and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications with the Fluid Power Society (Pay incentives offered)
- Read and expertly understand Hydraulic Schematics

Lightning Bay Pneu-Draulics is a leading provider of Industrial and Marine Hydraulic Services. Based in Tampa, FL. We provide shop and field service to our customers to troubleshoot, install, remanufacture, and design fluid power systems and components. Our shop capabilities include full machining and fabrication and the ability to remanufacture and test equipment for our customers. Some industries that we serve include; marine, mining, manufacturing, fertilizer and chemical, food and beverage, and metal processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
