Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. You will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our customers, ensuring that every scoop is perfect and every interaction is memorable. This position requires a passion for food service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Serve ice cream and other frozen treats with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including giving change and processing credit card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling and safety practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
