Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food orders and transactions. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Experience in a grocery store or quick service fast food restaurant environment is a plus.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
