About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICU Resource Nurse to provide leadership and clinical support on a busy Intensive Care Unit. This role offers the opportunity to balance direct patient care with mentoring and guiding staff, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first-line clinical resource to ICU staff
- Provide leadership and support to the team during shifts
- Collaborate with nursing leadership on staffing and operations
- Assist with patient care and promote quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Compact or State)
- ASN required; BSN preferred or in progress
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ICU strongly preferred)
- BLS required; specialty certification within 6 months of eligibility
