We are seeking a skilled and motivated Implementation Manager to join our team in supporting mission-critical solutions. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in technical integration, system implementation, and client engagement. You will be responsible for managing the deployment and integration of COTS and GOTS hybrid systems across a range of IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of technical solutions for government clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and timeline.
- Deploy, configure, and support systems running on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Conduct on-site installations, system integrations, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with network engineers to ensure optimal performance, connectivity, and security of deployed solutions.
- Support the integration of data storage infrastructure within hybrid environments.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during and after system implementation.
- Maintain documentation of implementation processes and contribute to best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- 5-7 years of experience in system implementation, IT integration, or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience working on-site with Government clients; strong communication and professionalism required.
- Solid understanding of network engineering principles and configurations.
- Experience with COTS/GOTS hybrid systems and technical integration processes.
- Knowledge of data storage systems and infrastructure integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems in real-time operational environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Linux+.
Experience with DoD or Federal IT environments.
