About Us
CNC Worldwide, Inc. is a leader in logistics, providing tailored solutions in freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, project and exhibition logistics, and packing solutions. We’re currently looking for an Import & Export Coordinator to join our Dallas (Irving) office — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and communicative. If you enjoy digging into the nitty-gritty details and ensuring everything is done right, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meticulous Documentation: You’ll review and manage all import and export documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations. Your attention to detail keeps our shipments moving smoothly.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Be the friendly, professional voice of our company as you liaise with clients and vendors, providing clear and concise updates via phone and email. Your excellent communication skills help build and maintain strong relationships.
- Shipment Coordination: Oversee the entire shipment process — scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You’ll be the mastermind behind smooth operations!
- Problem-Solving & Proactivity: When things don’t go as planned, you’ll step in to resolve discrepancies or shipment issues. You’ll also take the initiative to seek out information and keep internal teams and customers updated promptly, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our fantastic internal teams, both domestically and internationally, aligning logistics activities with company goals. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Flexibility & Adaptability: While daily tasks are mostly consistent, you’ll stay agile and ready to adapt as priorities shift or unique situations arise, helping keep operations running smoothly under changing demands.
- Reporting: Provide daily or weekly updates to management on shipment statuses, issues, and progress to ensure we stay on track and meet customer expectations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Super Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at keeping documents, deadlines, and data perfectly in order, catching mistakes before they become problems.
- Excellent Communicator: Whether on the phone or by email, you communicate clearly and professionally with clients and vendors, even under pressure.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate issues, take initiative, and manage competing priorities without needing constant oversight.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: You put client satisfaction first, building strong relationships through responsiveness and reliability.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and quick to learn logistics software and reporting tools.
- Adaptable & Self-Sufficient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing demands and tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and you remain flexible to meet occasional special project needs as they arise.
- Bonus Skills: Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish, prior freight forwarding or logistics experience, knowledge of import/export regulations, and familiarity with Incoterms and logistics processes.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Supportive Environment: We believe in teaching and mentoring, so you’ll have all the support you need to grow and succeed.
- Growth Opportunities: Our Dallas office is a new and growing hub with plenty of room to build your career. Promotions are based on performance, not tenure—high performers move up fast!
- Dynamic Team: Join a collaborative team that values integrity, positivity, and making work enjoyable.
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Enjoy competitive pay, performance bonuses, paid time off and holidays, a retirement plan with company match, medical insurance, plus free snacks, beverages, and Free Lunch Fridays.
