Job Description: We are looking for caring and reliable In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Hastings, NE. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Help with medication reminders and management
- Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
