We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor clients for changes in physical or mental health, and promptly report concerns to family members or healthcare providers.
- Assist with mobility needs, including safe lifting, transferring, and use of mobility aids.
- Plan and engage clients in meaningful activities to encourage cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, identifying and eliminating potential safety hazards.
- Offer companionship and empathetic emotional support to improve overall quality of life.
- Administer medications in accordance with prescribed instructions, under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Provide specialized dementia care, utilizing strategies to manage behavioral symptoms and promote comfort and security.
Experience & Qualifications – In-Home Caregiver
We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. While previous experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred, it is not required. We offer comprehensive training to support the right candidates in developing the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
Ideal candidates should have:
