Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, Independent Contractor)

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour + Production Bonus
Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time (with potential to increase hours)
Integrated Physical Medicine is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing, multi-disciplinary healthcare team in New Lenox, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, skilled provider looking for flexibility, a supportive team environment, and the ability to expand their clinical expertise in regenerative and functional medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient evaluations and re-examinations
- Conduct and assist with medical procedures including:
- In-house blood draws
- Trigger point injections
- Hyaluronic acid injections
- Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections
- Stem cell injections
- Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT) pellet insertions
- Optional services based on experience/interest:
- IV therapy
- Botox injections
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Illinois (Required)
- Clinical experience in functional, regenerative, or orthopedic medicine preferred (but not required—training available)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
