General requirements:
Therapists are responsible for providing mental health services to Florida Personal Management, LLC clients in the community. Job Duties include:
Serves as a counselor responsible for assuring that all necessary clinical services are provided to adults and children and adolescents suffering from behavioral health disorders and symptoms.
Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and formulating treatment plans for individuals presenting with behavioral health symptoms and barriers.
Responsible for planning and implementing individual psychotherapy/marriage or family therapy when applicable and following established curricula to enable clients to work toward individual treatment plan goals.
Responsible for assuring that all progress notes, updates to client information and symptoms, and treatment plan reviews are documented in the clinical records, according to agency policy.
Utilizes a treatment team approach in serving clients, involving non-ABC personnel as appropriate (according to HIPPA standards).
Responsible for the safety and security of all clients in program areas under his/her supervision.
Maintain License and certifications related to working with adults and geriatrics, children, and/or particular specialty/focus.
Participates in Quality Assurance activities as assigned, including peer reviews.
Undertakes other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree from an accredited university or college and one year of experience working with mental health population(s).
2. Must communicate effectively in English , verbally and in writing.
3. Complete a background screening
4. Be authorized to work in the US.
5. Ability to work with diverse group(s) of individuals.
6. Exceptional organizational skills
7. Must be able to work at patient's home, schools, and/or office.
Florida Personal Management LLC contractors will receive additional training relative to the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
Pay: From $35.00to $42.00 per psychotherapy hour.
Biopsychosocial evaluation: $70.00 to $100.00. Based on insurance plan.
Paid Peer reviews meetings: $ 35.00 to $42.00 an hour monthly.
Flexible schedule: Choose your schedule
Monday to Saturdays. Must be able to work at patient's home, schools, and/or office. Must be comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults)
Work setting: Mental Health Clinic Center, Patient's Homes, Schools, and/or Telehealth (DoxyMe).
