Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Ability to check in customers, check for waivers, promote classes and memberships.
- Utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Engage in upselling techniques to increase sales.
Qualifications
- Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience with indoor play spaces and children-focused environments.
- Previous experience hosting children's birthday parties is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
