Why This Role is for You

As an Industrial Maintenance (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) Storeroom Coordinator/Leader, you'll be the mastermind behind delivering the right parts to the right place at the right time. You'll oversee the stock, organization, and continuous improvement activities of your assigned storeroom(s), all while making a tangible impact on our operations. This role gives you the chance to implement corporate standards and shape storeroom systems network-wide. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to lead and support Storeroom Attendants and collaborate with other team members.

What You'll Do

• Lead with Confidence: Own your storeroom(s) by driving stocking decisions, critical spares management, and organizational standads implementation. You'll ensure alignment between our CMMS systems and physical inventory.
• Train and Support: Be the go-to expert for MRO processes and CMMS usage, offering guidance and training to the Maintenance Department and other users site-wide.
• Data Management Excellence: Take charge of MRO inventory data accuracy and propose strategic changes to inventory standards. Collaborate with network-level teams to ensure flawless data stewardship.
• Deliver Results: Meet and exceed storeroom metrics, from zero stock-outs of critical spares to completion of cycle counts on target. Report performance metrics to site and corporate leaders.
• Enhance Efficiency: Implement best practices for part maintenance, manage kitting processes, and ensure vendor relationships support both daily operations and emergencies.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Execute projects that make storerooms better than ever, envisioning and implementing solutions that enhance reliability and compliance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 3 years of experience in MRO storerooms or 5 years in inventory management environments.
• Previous leadership experience managing up to 3 direct reports.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability processes, preferably within food or CPG manufacturing.
• Expertise with CMMS software or inventory management tools—Maintenance Connection experience is a plus!
• Ability to identify electrical and mechanical parts with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments where compliance and quality are paramount.
