Lead Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Implement weekly curriculum themes and lesson plans (themes, shapes, practical life, etc.)
- Maintain a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized support for children with neurodivergence or behavioral challenges
- Communicate daily with families about progress and concerns
- Supervise classroom aides and model professionalism
- Track developmental milestones and maintain anecdotal records
- Participate in meetings, surveys, and professional development
Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers with classroom routines, prep, and transitions
- Step in for breaks, staff absences, and provide coverage as needed
- Help implement lessons, activities, and behavior strategies
- Sanitize materials, prep sensory/craft supplies, and maintain classroom cleanliness
- Build positive relationships with children and co-workers
Floater/Support Staff
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, classrooms, and restrooms
- Assist with laundry, dishes, and sanitation tasks
- Support classrooms with transitions or supervision when needed
- Deliver meals, prep snacks, or assist in kitchen if applicable
- Report safety or maintenance concerns to admin
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
