Duties

• Demonstrate good judgement in the care and play with each infant/toddler
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants/toddlers to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones
• Interact with the infants/toddlers and encourage them in their play during the day
• Maintain a cooperative and supportive attitude within the school and maintain good communication with parents, teacher assistants, and the Director
• Implement an intercultural curriculum that meets the social, physical, and emotional needs of a child
• Maintain a classroom environment that upholds the Reggio philosophy
• Maintain good communication with parents and make each parent feel at ease at the preschool

Requirements

• At least two years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative team player
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and committed
• Physical Stamina
