Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily Business System operations, including
- Support desk queries & ticketing system
- Install, test, configure and maintain workstation, peripheral equipment, software including all desktop applications
- Support of Microsoft Operating systems and MS Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Access)
- Support of MS Windows Server along with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS and Print Services
- Patch Security vulnerabilities in system
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop OS and application issues promptly
- Observe a security mindset in the following areas;
- Data Access
- E-mail Security
- Network Access
- Identify potential security problems or risks
- Interface directly with system users to capture and resolve system performance problems via our Helpdesk
- Provide System support as directed by the IT Manager
- Information Technology project assistance and support
- Document and data control in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001
- Maintain a positive working relationships with management and associates
- Analyzes daily Information System functions for improvements
- Work collectively with IT members and other support staff for a cohesive support strategy
- Create & Maintain network and system documentation as required
- Assist in the inventory of all computer equipment, peripheral equipment and software license
- Participate and report information in weekly or monthly reporting of IT Systems including job logs
- Must be able to articulate and communicate effectively with outside resources and all levels of internal resources in both written and oral formats
- Ability to explain technology to non-technical associates
- Must have investigative and analytical skills in order to evaluate information systems related problems/projects
- Work with external technology partners, consultants and vendors working within DMNC
- Support of JSox initiatives in IT Control and Security as directed by the IT Manager
- Other Duties as Assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field
- 1+ year of experience working in an IT related field
- Ability to travel domestically up to 5% annually
- Experience using Help desk systems and Active Directory
- Ability to lift 35lbs to move equipment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- working knowledge of basic computer operations, Cyber Security experience, and large-scale data storage solutions
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills

Annual Salary: $59,000 - $74,000
