INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST II

The Auditor Controller's Office is looking for an Information Technology Specialist II!

The incumbent will initiate, coordinate, and facilitate data and business systems support; provide assistance to users within a designated department or multiple departments; technical assistance to system users for computer and network related problems including first line technical hardware and software support; conduct and/or coordinate user training; and administer, operate and maintain servers, networks, and other specialized data processing and communications equipment

Experience: Two (2) years of experience performing duties and functions similar in scope, responsibility, and technical expertise to the County’s Information Technology Specialist I.

Note: Additional experience may substitute on a year for year basis for the educational requirement.

To be eligible, applicant must have served at least 181 consecutive days of active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States and have received either an honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions.
