Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Infusion (Independent Contractor)

As a Home Infusion Nurse, you’ll use your clinical expertise to provide one-on-one care, while managing your own schedule and collaborating remotely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role is designed for highly capable, self-directed nurses who thrive outside of the traditional clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor and evaluate patients’ vital signs and treatment responses.
- Perform venipuncture and establish IV access as needed.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and medical records.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to manage patient care plans.
- Ensure all care meets current safety standards and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Home infusion experience required, with strong IV skills.
- Proficient in assessing vital signs and patient conditions.
- Knowledge of infusion-related medical terminology and protocols.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team-based care remotely.
