As an Input Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our systems. You will be responsible for collecting, validating, and processing data from various sources, helping to maintain our database's reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities:
Collect, input, and verify data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and support data-related projects.
- Develop and implement data entry procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on input data for analysis and decision-making.
- Assist in the training of new team members on data entry protocols and tools.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to data management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of data management processes.
- Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Remote (Glendale, Arizona, US))
