Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and service Representative to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and or parts sales, possess exceptional communication skills, be very organized and a strong attention to detail. This role involves engaging with potential clients through warm calling, answering customer inquiries (phone and email) and show room walk-ins, developing business relationships and certain related administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value of our offerings and respond to customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Utilize Quickbooks to manage sales process, generate customer quotes, track inventory and other functions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales in alignment with company policies.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions to help shape product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales and/or automative parts sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Quick Books software is a plus.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
