What You’ll Do:
- Achieve (and exceed!) monthly sales goals by closing deals from company-provided qualified appointments
- Source and develop your own leads to keep your pipeline strong and your income climbing
- Conduct in-depth solar and battery consultations that focus on solving customers' energy needs
- Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering a sales experience that’s second to none
- Guide customers from initial contact through installation—and beyond
- Stay sharp by attending regular sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
- Keep your CRM up to date to ensure smooth communication and follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in solar sales is required
- Proven sales ability with a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication skills—both over the phone and via video
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and online sales tools
- Driven, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed in a growing industry
- Experience in solar is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
