Continental Truck Accessories -is seeking an energetic, organized, and dependable individual with sales experience. This is a inside sales position. The employee will be working directly with customers, in a walk in retail store environment. Knowledge of truck accessories, truck toppers, and installation experience of Truck/jeep/car accessories is preferred but is not required. Experience in sales is required. This is a small business working with good people in a casual atmosphere.

Schedule:
- 8.5 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00AM -5:30PM
- 4 hours every other Saturday
Supplemental Pay:
- Additional bonus incentive
Experience:
· Sales experience working and interacting directly with customers and vendors. (at least 1 year)
· Knowledge of car accessories and parts preferred but not required.
· Knowledge of truck toppers and bed covers preferred but not required.
· Truck/jeep/car accessories installation experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to assist customers in selecting the right accessories for their truck, jeep, and other vehicles.
· Basic knowledge of computers, phones, and office equipment.
· Experience with Microsoft office, Google Mail (Gmail), and Excel.
· Experience in general book keeping is Preferred but not required.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
· Ability to utilize basic math skills.
· Upsell and promote relevant products and promotions to customers.
· Able to operate a forklift
Qualifications:
- Read and write in English (Required).
- Interact successfully with customers and coworkers (required).
- Minimum 1yr sales experience (required) A combination of related and practical experience will be considered in lieu of 1 year of sales experience.
- Ability to perform basic sales maintenance, paperwork, and other essential tasks.
- Perform basic additional tasks and duties as needed or required.
- Ability to commute Haysville, KS 67060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- High School diploma preferred but not required
- Forklift preferred but not required
