Piper Companies is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a top-tier insurance provider located in Frederick, MD. This hybrid role (2 days remote) is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Rep Include:
- Consistently meet performance metrics (calls, emails, talk time) by following a structured daily activity plan and adhering to leadership standards
- Engage with clients via phone to recommend insurance products
- Meet and exceed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls
- Build relationships with potential clients and generate referral leads from both new and existing policyholders
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Qualifications for the Inside Sales Rep Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of customer service or call center sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maryland Life & Health Insurance license (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment
Compensation for the Inside Sales Rep Includes:
- Base salary of approximately $40,000 per year, plus commission
- Hybrid schedule with two remote workdays
